Intera Expressive Arts Therapy offers customized workshops and creative group experiences for organizations, schools, community centers, wellness programs and arts-based initiatives. Each offering is rooted in the expressive arts approach-integrating visual art, movement, writing, sound, and reflection to support emotional well-being,connection and creative expression.
Workshops and groups are available both in person and virtually, and can be tailored to the unique needs, values and intentions of each community.
No artistic experience is required. This work centres on process over product. these workshops are accessible to anyone curious about using creativity for reflection, healing and connection.

A quiet and comfortable space with tables or floor space is ideal. A materials list can be provided ahead of time, or materials may be brought by the facilitator depending on location and budget.
