Individual Expressive Arts Therapy
Expressive Arts Therapy is an integrative approach that supports emotional healing, self discovery, and personal growth through creative processes. In individual sessions, clients are invited to explore their inner experiences using a range of art modalities-such as movement, visual art, writing, music /sound or guided imagery-in a way that respects each individual’s unique pace and personal intentions.
Previous artistic skill or experience is not required. The focus of these sessions is not on the final product, but on what emerges through the process-insight, release, clarity, expression, connection.

Each session is unique and tailored to the needs of each client. Individuals might engage in creating visual art, movement, writing, music or other expressive modalities along side talk therapy. The emphasis is on exploration and expression rather than artistic skill or producing a final product.

No artistic skill or experience is necessary. Expressive Arts Therapy is about personal process and expression, not about creating a masterpiece. The arts provide a different language to access feelings and insights that words alone may not reach.
